Episode 21 | Stepping off the Hamster Wheel
with Stephanie Hodges

Does the thought of fasting overwhelm you? Maybe you're excited to get closer to God but don't know where to start or what questions to ask yourself during a fast. In this episode, Stephanie Hodges joins me to go a little deeper on getting the most out of a fasting period.

Stephanie is passionate about helping people achieve wellness in every area of their lives and pursuing intimacy with God. She has a background in the fitness industry, a master's degree in nutrition and Exercise Science, and has worked in full-time ministry for over seven years. Stephanie loves creating effective systems and resources to help people achieve better health with a holistic approach to wellness. She lives north of Austin, Texas, with her husband and three children. And of course, she is the author of the Daniel Fast Journey.
